OLYMPIA, WA – The Washington Medical Commission (WMC) summarily suspended the license of Yogesh Patel, MD (Lic. #60309742) and issued a statement of charges alleging unprofessional conduct.

Patel’s medical licenses were disciplined in the states of Colorado, Illinois, Arkansas, and New York after he was arrested for attempting to engage in sexual activity with a child. The criminal case has not been resolved.

Patel will have an opportunity to defend against the allegations in the statement of charges at a hearing.
