The Washington Medical Commission is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday – Friday, excluding state holidays. The walk in counter hours of operation are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday, excluding state holidays. Licensing and customer service may be reached by phone between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. 360-236-2750.

Driving Directions

If you are traveling south on I-5 (from Seattle or Tacoma):
1.  Take I-5 South to Exit 101(Not Highway 101 - Ocean Beaches)
2.  Turn left at the stop light onto Tumwater Boulevard (previously Airdustrial Way).
3.  Go to the second traffic light and turn left onto Capital Blvd.
4.  Move to right lane, turn right on Israel Road
5.  Town Center 2 is on your right.

If you are traveling North I-5 (from Portland or Centralia):
1.  Take I-5 North to Exit 101. (Stay in right hand lane)
2.  Turn right at the stop sign, onto Tumwater Boulevard (previously Airdustrial Way).
3.  Go to the second traffic light and turn left onto Capital Blvd.
4.  Move to right lane, turn right on Israel Road
5.  Town Center 2 is on your right.
