OLYMPIA, WA – Dr. Balamurali Ambati (License #60668483) entered into an agreed order with the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) after having restrictions placed on his Utah medical license.

Dr. Ambati agreed to let his physician and surgeon license expired rather than renew after receiving a statement of charges from the WMC. Dr. Ambati must notify WMC before he can reactivate his Washington license which will be subject to a surgical restriction and other terms and conditions.
