WMC suspends WA license for Out-of-State Doc

OLYMPIA, WA - The Washington Medical Commission (WMC) has indefinitely suspended the license of Mark C. Rose, MD (00023797) of Corvallis, Oregon. Dr. Rose’s license was first suspended in Oregon in Dec. 2020 following a felony judgement for "unlawful manufacturing of a marijuana item."

The Oregon suspension mandates a Statement of Charges (SOC) from the WMC be delivered to Dr. Rose. In the SOC, the WMC alleged that Dr. Rose had surrendered his license with the Oregon Medical Board due to the conviction. Dr. Rose failed to respond to the WMC and is therefore suspended indefinitely.
