OLYMPIA, WA – The Washington Medical Commission (WMC) indefinitely suspended the license of Erin L. Fenstermacher (License #60435875) in August 2023, for failure to respond. Dr. Fenstermacher resides in New Mexico.

The WMC issued a statement of charges which alleged Dr. Fenstermacher’s medical license was revoked by the New Mexico Medical Board. Dr. Fenstermacher did not formally respond to the WMC’s statement of charges
