WMC Suspends License of King County Doctor

OLYMPIA, WA - A Washington Medical Commission (WMC) panel has approved the summary suspension on the license of Rajninder K. Jutla, MD (MD00047987) of King County.

The Oregon Medical Board previously found that Dr. Jutla had committed acts of negligence by maintaining several patients on a long-term course of controlled substances in a manner that constituted a danger to patient health and revoked her license. The Washington Uniform Disciplinary Act requires that physicians with revoked licenses in other states be suspended, and Dr. Jutla may not treat patients until disciplinary proceedings have been completed. Dr. Jutla has twenty (20) days to answer the Statement of Charges that was served,
