OLYMPIA, WA – In July 2023, a Washington Medical Commission (WMC) panel issued a Final Order permanently revoking the physician and surgeon license of Rajninder Jutla, MD, (License #00047987).  Dr. Jutla previously practiced in King county but now has a California address on file with the Commission.

The Final Order arrived after a hearing in January, 2023. The Final Order found that Dr. Jutla was unable to practice with reasonable skill and safety due to a mental or physical condition.  The Commission found that Dr. Jutla could never regain the ability to practice with reasonable skill and safety.  She may not petition for reinstatement; however, she may petition for reconsideration within 10 days and/or she may petition for judicial review within 30 days of service of the order.
