WMC Restricts Snohomish County Physician’s License

The Washington Medical Commission has immediately restricted the medical license of physician Roger Olsson (MD00015303) of Snohomish County, Washington. The Commission’s Statement of Charges alleges that Dr. Olsson placed patients at risk of harm through his hormone prescribing practices.

The combined effects of Dr. Olsson’s misconduct present an imminent danger to the safety and welfare of the public. Dr. Olsson’s opioid prescribing was permanently restricted by a 2014 Commission order (M2011-1437). Legal documents in this case are available online by visiting the Washington Department of Health Provider Credential Search website.

The Washington Medical Commission promotes patient safety and enhances the integrity of the medical profession through licensing, rule-making, discipline, and education. Learn more about the commission at WMC.wa.gov. Follow the Medical Commission on Facebook and Twitter.
