A Commission panel has approved the summary restriction on the license of Eric R. Shibley, MD (MD60108064). Dr. Shibley's care of nine patients in his Seattle practice mainly in 2015 and 2016, particularly with regard to pain management, fell well below the standard of care. Dr. Shibley may not prescribe controlled substances while his license is restricted.
