OLYMPIA, WA – In May 2023, the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) served a Summary Restriction on the license of physician assistant David P. McQuivey, PA, (License #10003472), pending further disciplinary proceedings by the WMC. Per the Ex Parte Order of Summary Restriction, PA McQuivey is restricted from prescribing or managing hormones.
