OLYMPIA, WA - The WMC entered into an Agreed Order (AO) with Charles Sung, MD (MD00036139) of Kennewick, WA.  Dr. Sung’s disruptive behavior, treatment of his employees, and employment of uncredentialed individuals put patients at risk of harm (violations of RCW 18.130.180 (1), (4), and (10)).  The AO requires a number of conditions designed to protect the public including professional coaching sessions, psychotherapy, policy development, Commission-gathering of staff feedback, and a fine.
