Washington Doctor Surrenders License

On January 11, 2019, the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) suspended Dr. Dane Travis' (MD00033916) license due to allegations of sexual misconduct. A statement of charges delivered to Travis stated that he repeatedly crossed professional boundaries and committed sexual misconduct with two patients. On September 27, 2019, Travis voluntarily surrendered his license to practice. The surrender was accepted by the WMC on October 3, 2019 and the statement of charges was withdrawn.
