OLYMPIA, WA – In July 2024, the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) entered into an agreed order with Richard Oliver, PA (Lic. #60271207) related to Oliver's failure to meet the standard of care in his treatment of several patients.

The Agreed Order found Oliver failed to implement the evaluation and treatment of potentially life-threatening illnesses; completely assess or follow-up on the evaluation and management of chronic medical illnesses; and inadequate documentation and prescribing practices.

The WMC accepted the voluntary surrender of Oliver's license to practice medicine in the state of Washington.
