OLYMPIA, WA - The Washington Medical Commission has suspended the license of Physician Assistant Joseph Andrew Sutton (PA60604531). He may not practice until charges are resolved with the WMC.

A panel of Commissioners found that PA Sutton poses an immediate threat to the public health and safety by violating the Uniform Disciplinary Act related to sexual misconduct, abuse of a patient, practice below the standard of care, and unauthorized use and disclosure of protected health information.

The hearing panel order immediately suspends the Physician Assistant credential of Mr. Sutton pending further disciplinary proceedings.
