OLYMPIA, WA – In March 2023, Dr. Steven Pugh (License #00039278) entered into an agreed order indefinitely suspending his Washington State medical license.

Dr. Pugh continued to practice medicine despite a voluntary monitoring agreement which stated he was unable to practice with reasonable skill and safety. The agreed order sets forth several criteria Dr. Pugh must complete therefore duration of the agreed order is undetermined.
