OLYMPIA, WA - The Washington Medical Commission (WMC) has accepted the voluntarily surrender of license to practice medicine for Dr. Debra L. McAllister (MD00034905) as part of an informal disposition. 

Dr. McAllister is not eligible to renew or reactivate her license and she cannot practice as a retired active physician.
