OLYMPIA, WA – In June 2024, John A. Liebert, MD, (Lic. #00009587), who is residing in Arizona, voluntarily surrendered his license to practice medicine in the state of Washington via a Stipulation to Informal Disposition with the Washington Medical Commission.

This stipulation followed action against Dr. Liebert’s license to practice medicine in the state of Arizona by the Arizona Medical Board.
