OLYMPIA, WA – In February 2024, Francis P. Lagattuta, MD (Lic. #60538273) entered into a Stipulation to Informal Disposition with the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) voluntarily surrendering their license to practice medicine in the state of Washington.

Dr. Lagattuta resides in the state of California.

The WMC issued a Statement of Allegations alleging Dr. Lagattuta’s license to practice medicine in the state of Oregon was revoked by the Oregon Medical Board for unprofessional conduct.
