OLYMPIA, WA – In March 2024, Sajid A. Ravasia, MD, (Lic. #00045273) signed a stipulation to informal disposition with the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) voluntarily surrendering his license to practice medicine in the state of Washington.

Ravasia allegedly failed to cooperate with an investigation. Ravasia’s license to practice medicine in Washington expired in 2023.
