OLYMPIA, WA – In January 2023, the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) served a statement of charges and summary restriction on the license of Dr. Balamurali Krishna Ambati (Lic. #60668483).

Dr. Ambati practices out of state but holds a Washington license to practice as a physician and surgeon.

The statement of charges alleges Dr. Ambati entered into an Order with the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing which placed restrictions on Dr. Ambati’s Utah medical license.

Within twenty-one days Dr. Ambati may request a show cause hearing to contest the summary restriction.
