OLYMPIA, WA – The Washington Medical Commission (WMC) indefinitely suspended the license of Jonathan Haas, MD (Lic. #60716362) in December 2022.

The WMC issued a statement of charges alleging Dr. Haas is unable to practice with reasonable skill and safety due to an impairing health condition.

Dr. Haas did not respond to the statement of charges and was indefinitely suspended. Dr. Haas may petition for reinstatement in the future. Legal documents in this case are available online by visiting the DOH Provider Credential Search website.
