OLYMPIA, WA – In March 2024, the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) approved an agreed order for Simon Hill, PA-C (Lic. #10004888). Simon Hill, PA-C resides in the state of Hawaii.

In the order, the WMC stipulated that Hill engaged in telephone harassment, abuse of a patient, practice below the standard of care, and interfering with a WMC investigation.

The order requires Hill to complete a continuing medical education course, an ethics and boundaries course, composition of a paper, personal appearances before the WMC, cost recovery, and other terms and conditions that are designed to protect the public.
