OLYMPIA, WA - On November 12, 2020, the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) entered into a Stipulation to Informal Discipline (Stipulation) with Dr. Francisco X. Soldevilla (MD00034520). Dr. Soldevilla agreed to permanently surrender his license to practice medicine and surgery in Washington state. The Stipulation was based on an allegation that Dr. Soldevilla failed to diagnose a patient with cauda equine syndrome. Dr. Soldevilla holds an active medical license in the state of Oregon.
