OLYMPIA, WA - The Washington Medical Commission (WMC) has accepted the permanent surrender of license to practice in Washington by Dr. Stephen M. Dierks, MD (#00043204). Dr. Dierks was licensed as physician and surgeon and previously surrendered his licenses to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and withdrew the application to renew his Maine license.
