OLYMPIA, WA – The Washington Medical Commission (WMC) accepted the permanent surrender of the license to practice medicine of Robin L. Baxter, MD (Lic. #00016767).
Dr. Baxter is not eligible to renew or reactivate their license. This surrender is part of a modified informal disposition.
