OLYMPIA, WA – In November, the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) accepted the permanent surrender of the license to practice medicine of Klickitat County family medicine physician William C. Bothamley, MD (License #00033514).

Earlier in 2023, the WMC suspended Bothamley’s license based on charges which alleged Bothamley was unable to practice with reasonable skill and safety.

Original charges were withdrawn and a Stipulation to Informal Disposition was entered to surrender Bothamley’s license. Bothamley is not eligible to renew or reactivate his license
