Kitsap MD enters informal disposition over sexual misconduct

OLYMPIA, WA - On January 13, 2022, William M. Hall, MD (60589853) entered into a Stipulation to Informal Disposition (STID) with the WMC.

The conditions of the STID include: contracting and monitoring with the Washington Physicians Health Program, taking an ethics and boundaries course, composing a professional paper on addressing sexual misconduct to be presented to the WMC. The doctor must also maintain appropriate boundaries with patients, pay a fee to address cost recovery, disclose this agreement with the WMC to his patients, and attend personal appearances before the WMC.

Dr. Hall may petition the WMC in writing to terminate this STID in two years and after satisfying all terms of the STID.
