A Final Order was issued in January 2020, suspending the physician training/residency license of Jennifer L. Rice (MDRL.ML.60565400) after a hearing. The Presiding Officer, on behalf of the WMC, found that Rice did not comply with a previous WMC Order which required her to undergo examination to determine whether she could practice with reasonable skill and safety.  The Final Order suspends Rice’s license pending completion of the examination.
