King County Physician’s License Suspended

OLYMPIA, WA –  After referral from the Washington Medical Commission (WMC), the Secretary of Health suspended the physician and surgeon license of Lu Gao, MD (Lic. #60815256).

The Final Order suspending Gao found that he engaged in moral turpitude and sexual misconduct. Gao is suspended for a minimum of eight years, required to undergo a psychosexual evaluation, and complete an ethics course prior to petitioning for reinstatement.

If Gao’s license is reinstated it will include a five-year probationary period, a restriction on treating minors, and other terms.
