King County PA License Indefinitely Suspended

The WMC indefinitely suspended the physician assistant credential of Katherine G. Skelly, (License No. PA60983012) after a hearing on June 30, 2022. 

In February 2022, the WMC issued a statement of charges stating that Ms. Skelly was in violation of RCW 18.130.170(1). She was summarily suspended and waived her right to be present at the hearing. The WMC panel converted the summary into an indefinite suspension as she is unable to practice with reasonable safety.

However, Ms. Skelly’s credential can be returned if she is deemed fit to practice by a WMC approved evaluator.  

Either party may request reconsideration which must be done within 10 days of service of the Order.  A petition for judicial review must be filed within 30 days of service of this Order.

The Public Records Act provides the right to any publicly disclosable information contained in the file. Interested parties may submit a request through the DOH Health Systems Quality Assurance Public Disclosure Unit portal.
