OLYMPIA, WA – In October, the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) entered into an Agreed Order with physician Michael J. Pascale, MD (Lic. #00031098). The WMC accepted Dr. Pascale's permanent surrender of the license to practice medicine in Washington.

Earlier this year, the WMC issued a statement of charges which alleged Dr. Pascale was noncompliant with a previous order requiring compliance with the Washington Physician Health Program. Dr. Pascale is not eligible to renew or reactivate their license.
