OLYMPIA, WA – In May 2023, the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) accepted the voluntary surrender of medical license from Chris Bjarke, MD (#00031382) as part of an information disposition. He is not eligible to renew or reactivate his license.

Dr. Bjarke surrendered his Washington medical license after pleading guilty to one count of conspiracy to violate federal health care anti-kickback statutes.
