On July 15, 2022 the WMC summarily suspended the physician license of Rajninder Jutla, (license number MD00047987). Dr. Jutla currently resides in California but previously lived in Seattle. 

The doctor was required, by an Agreed Order with the WMC, to undergo a forensic multidisciplinary assessment. The assessment found Dr. Jutla unsafe to practice medicine with reasonable skill and safety by the standards used by the WMC under RCW 18.130.170 (1).

The Public Records Act provides the right to any publicly disclosable information contained in the file. Interested parties may submit a request through the DOH Health Systems Quality Assurance Public Disclosure Unit portal.
