OLYMPIA, WA - The Washington Medical Commission (WMC) has approved the voluntary surrender of medical license from Dr. Randy L. Swackhammer (MD60890058) after the doctor was found guilty by a Federal court of conspiracy to commit health care fraud.

Dr. Swackhammer is not eligible to renew or reactivate his license and he cannot practice as a retired active physician.
