OLYMPIA, WA – The Washington Medical Commission (WMC) has entered an Agreed Order with Alex L. Nielson, MD (Lic. #61130110) related to unprofessional conduct towards a medical assistant colleague.

The Agreed Order found Dr. Nielson asked the medical assistant to come to his vehicle, drove away from the clinic, placed his hand on the medical assistant's leg, and made comments of a sexually explicit nature towards the medical assistant.

This Agreed Order requires Dr. Nielson to participate in the Washington Physician Health Program, complete an ethics and boundaries course, make personal appearances before the WMC, and pay a fine
