Clark County PA Issued Final Order

OLYMPIA, WA – On October 6, 2022, the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) issued a final order in matter of Scott C. Miller, PA (License #60427988). The final order indefinitely suspends PA Miller’s license to practice as a physician assistant.

The final order was the result of a Statement of Charges issued in October 2021 and a five-day hearing in August 2022. PA Miller was found to have committed unprofessional conduct in violation of RCW 18.130.180(1), (2), (4), (6), (13), and (22).

A separate allegation that PA Miller violated RCW 18.130.180(16) was dismissed by the WMC. The terms of the final order indefinitely suspend PA Miller’s license to practice.

PA Miller has filed a petition for judicial review of the WMC decision with a superior court. Legal action regarding the judicial review is ongoing.
