Jon M.R. Mundall, MD, MD00023408, 5/12/2026, Franklin County – This is a notice that the Washington Medical Commission accepted the voluntary surrender of a medical license and entered into an Agreed Order with Mundall. 

The WMC alleged that Mundall's pattern of misdiagnosing patients with thyroid disease falls below the standard of care. Mundall is not eligible to seek reinstatement.
