WMC Employees to work remotely - COVID-19 Outbreak Response Update

Effectively immediately, everyone within the Department of Health (DOH) has been instructed to work remotely full-time. As of today, March 16, 2020, WMC staff will be fully teleworking. This includes our licensing department which was still in the office previously.

  • If you need to reach us the quickest way to do that is via email. All email contacts for the WMC are available here: wmc.wa.gov/contact-us.
  • You can still take all the steps to licensure online here.
  • You can take all the steps to file a complaint here.

We appreciate your patience at this time. We will work hard to continue to be a leader in protecting the public, licencing and accountability despite the ever changing environment.

Also effective today, DOH front counter services in the Center for Health Statistics (TC 1) and the Office of Customer Service (TC 2) are closed to in-person access however, all public-facing services can be completed electronically or via mail in a timely manner. Please visit www.doh.wa.gov/ to learn more.
